Originally from Aberdeen, Arlene is a long-standing member of Strachan Veterinary Group and joined the team in 2006, shortly after qualifying from the Royal Veterinary College. Arlene has a keen interest in small animal medicine, and gained her GP Certificate in 2023, followed by her Post graduate Certificate in 2025.

Outside of work, she is mostly kept busy running around after her young daughter, but she
also enjoys playing badminton and is partial to sun and ski holidays!
