Katie has worked in the veterinary industry since 2010 starting off as a student vet nurse and qualifying as an RVN in 2013.  Since then she has worked in both private and charity practices, progressing to practice management during her time with Blue Cross in London.  She relocated with her family to the North East after having her first child and joined the team at Strachan Vets in January 2023.  She has a black Labrador called Bernie, and enjoys lots of beach days with her family on the beautiful coastline.
